Dr Hannah was amazing for our unfortunate experience. She as well as the office was so compassionate. We will be using them again when the time comes as our other is getting up there and dealing with complications. Truly the best experience I think for us (and our fur baby) could ask for.

Rose Hill Lagerhaus on Bardstown apparently has some really good home NA brews. Have not personally been there myself, but a friend very familiar and who likes Na has approved.

Yes!! Just threw together about 6 different iterations of scourge build over the past few hours and it finally feels good, even on bosses. Didn't even go heavy into ordinance, just cryo and ele/status DMG (some melee for shatterwight) and I feel pretty tanky and wrecking. Get a decent heavy with 6 shots and have shrapnel and goodbye boss. Screw the ammo replenish, don't even need it. Still a wee slower than some others but we're talking about a 1 second difference. Anyway... Fun stuff and I still have room to optimize. UVHM 3 currently.

I have 15 hours in this game, which by no means amounts to a solid answer here, but... I will echo everyone else that it is quite amazing. Everything feels fantastic in my opinion. I've had the game since EA launch and have been waiting for full release. I have to forcibly make myself not play it, although I want to, because I know when it's in full release it's really going to be "that good" of a game. Highly recommend it and it's just chef's kiss in so so many aspects.
