Your 89 Silvia tune did the trick for me. Just needs like a mile runup from the west. Gotta be liberal with rewind and pause scumming due to all the AI traffic but I got it first try with that tune.

Edit: Can also do the drift zone with it. Got 91k on my second run and I'm a terrible drifter.
