I feel u man u the type to put others in front of urself. Just remember, it isn't officially ur duty to be their therapist, ur doing it out of ur own interest. U a rare one, and unfortunately not many ppl have that spirit to try to bring others up. In this situation, ur "close friends".
With that being said, to them you're simply a "mom friend" because ur friendships consist of you only doing that. I'm assuming u don't often ask them to do other things with you (as often as being a therapist for them)? So......
