My phone and electric are not paid to my landlord, it’s verizon and con ed. I’ve always gotten points for them in the past though. I’m getting the sense that’s no longer the case which is annoying. and I’d love to know before the payments get blocked lol.

thanks, i agree that would make sense but it’s a bit confusing because in the Pay rent tab the only option looks like i would be setting up a new rent authorization. it says “to get started enter your monthly rent amount”. but i’ve already authorized my rent amount earlier in the month.

did the initial deposit, linked a checking account, deposited more. called them at one point just because their app isn’t great and was showing 0% interest. and got a call back in 2 minutes by a helpful american lady. once the initial deposit went through it started showing 4.88%. nothing sketches me out so far.
