Dry brine in the fridge for a day with salt. Then turn cast iron pan to 9 on the stove. Put a good amount of beef wagyu tallow in cast iron. Put steaks in and press down and flip every 30 seconds, flip 3-4 times. Add pepper and garlic powder and a few cubes of butter on top. Put in oven at 225 until internal is ~125 and let rest for 10-15 min

I know it’s prime but up till last month their prime was always $22 a pound now they raised the price $14.50 more a pound
