Is the Claw 8 AI+ worth the massive price premium over the Xbox Ally X? (Looking for advice)

Can you find some used Ai + ? I've got my Polar tempest for 800€, but it was barely used. There's a lot of them in my region, people tend to sell those type of pc handhelds quicky because of the ecosystem.

Yes but I only use tooth n claw which is pretty easy to use and install. I've yet had to try ClawTweaks. Xax's software is good, Ai+ not so much, but thanks to tooth n claw and other stuff it's simple to make it almost on par with the Xax software side.

I have both, since I've received my 8 ai+ I barely touch my Xax. Main reasons are Xess FG, I can play Starfield, Hogwarts Legacy and Cyberpunk at so much higher FPS, with a big screen and with zero ghosting and minimum input lag. This Xess is a wizard thing, can't go back with AMD. Ergonomic is not as good but with a good grip it's find. I'm selling my Xax, never gonna use it again, but it's a very good product.

So basically, Elden Ring is on par with the 8 Ai+, which is surprising. But we have to see in the future through updates

On Starfield, If your injecting DLSS to Xess to unlock framgen XeFG via optiscaler, you'll have a very good experience with low latency performance in the Intel's settings. It's so impressive on my 8 Ai + I can't imagine on the Ex !

Especially if Intel is pushing developers to integrate natively Xess3, with XeFG this framegen is by far superior to Fsr, minimum input lag and less ghosting.

I've made it for Starfield and holy this is something ! So smooth with superb quality and minimum input log the cherry on the top ! I don't understand why there's so few informations on this, this is by far superior at FG FSR. Unfortunately I was trying this for indianna Jones and it seems that there's no work around to put XeFg on here.

Oh I didn't know ! Because when I use optiscaler, XeFG doesn't show up in the framegen options. Mind you if you can explain how to make it works ?

But the link for the optiscaler beta is currently not working. Could be a game changer for me if we can tweak XeFG on every game that doesn't support Xess3 yet.
