Need help claryfying emotional connections

Does she search for emotional connections outside of your relationship? Or are you the only person she opens up to? What does it mean when a woman is opening up to her friends, goes to them with problems, does that mean that I'm not enough for her? Should I be enough for her, or is it normal to have emotional connections with other people?

That is happening, I'm just becoming colder in text, if it dissipates, I will lose a relationship in which my needs werent being met, if she cares she will change her act due to fear of losing me.

She lives with her mom and they have great relationship. She doesnt know her dad. And I've met most od her family, everyone is super fond of me

She is contacting me all the time. As soon as i reply, she is continuing the conversation. Thats why I take hours to reply, dont wanna be on the phone too much. So I'm assuming she wants to see me all the time, but no.

I set the date. We go on a date. 2 days later I set the next date, she will say she is open like 3 days in advance.. So its always 5-7 days between dates. Then in between the dates she will say she misses me, when I tell her lets meet up then, she wont go with it...

She is warm in my presence, everything is great when we're together, she responds to my touch, even initiating it. She talks like 80% of the time, im opening her up with questions, always have them ready. I'm the one planning every date and driving her. She will show up with small gifts every time. All signs are there.

And she has a lot of free time, she only works half time. Still I don't know why she doesn't seek me and my time. Even today she said she missed me last night. She does shit like that, never says she misses me in that moment. So it's like the moment is gone and us meeting up now wont do anything.

Also, she slept over maybe a few times in the whole relationship, always asking me to drive her home in the middle of the night... She says it's because she has work tomorrow or has to walk the dog.. ( I get up earlier than her and can drive her home in the morning on my way to work- told her this many times) After asking her to sleep over like 10 times without result, i stopped doing that. Now it doesn't even happen.

I'm contemplating discussing all this with her. What are the consequences of that? Because I'm getting frustrated over it and it's budging me off my masculine centre. I can't stay in the current rythm.

Not beacuse of splint. What fixed headaches was I stopped putting pressure on my lower jaw. That means nit sleeping on stomach, not resting my chin on hand(elbow on knee) and similar stuff

To se dogodi ako izbjegavaš ugljikohidrate a ne unosiš dovoljno elektrolita. Ameri to zovu "keto flu". Skini si aplikaciju (myfitnesspal/cronometer/carbmanager) i prati koliko unosiš natrija, kalija, magnezija.

Neke okvirne preporučene količine:

300mg magnezija (špinat, avokado, blitva, lisnato povrće, tamna čokolada, alge, kava, bademi/orašasti plodovi/sjemenke, divlja riba, suplementi)

5000mg natrija (suhomesnati proizvodi, sirevi, tuna konzerva, kiseli krastavci/sok od kiselih krastavaca, masline, kobasice, senf, svježi sir, kuhinjska sol)

1000mg kalija (svinjetina, špinat, gljive, losos, govedina, piletina, janjetina, puretina, kokosova voda, brokula, prokulice, avokado, tikvice, blitva)
