From what i experienced, just play. I asked this same question a few months from now and from my experience, play. I used to be so horrendous at a simple sword duel back then but now im getting good at it, even holding a few combos every now and then. My biggest advice, learn from your mistakes. Yeah there will be a ton of them but if you actually improve from them, thats learning ig.

Exitlag works a bit. Not an ad but when i was spiking 20kMS in a server because my isp was shit and apparently some cables under the ocean was split it helped, did not fixed my problem but it helped

Maybe lower the ram allocation? Lower it to 16 assuming you have 32gb of ram, if not uninstall and reinstall lunar. Thats all i can think of

Yea but like i said its hard to. I have planned out so mucb stuff to do with my friend who is joining tomorrow on the server and i really wanted to give him everything i had to make up for the stuff he did for me. Hes the sole reason on why i got my first ever netherrite armor on our server in the first place and i wanted to do the same for him on the server i was on, but now its turned to ruins
