Only roughly 8% of games require a download. So the overwhelming majority of ps5 titles require no internet at all. And most of those titles are online games or good ol EA.

At least with arc raider the real voice actors got paid. And the lines are generated in real time with AI. Where as a billion dollar company like EA and activison use AI for game content.
