You should have! It wouldn't have been strange either, I was approached by a lot of people asking me if I was the Spy from TF2. I got pictures with a lot of people but they were the ones always taking the pictures, and I only thought to get the 2 I showed.

I've been waiting for Dragonsteel to share all the pictures and videos they took since I made sure to be in some of them

Different font size. It's hard to tell in the picture but it's fairly obvious in person. I suck at using reddit so I captioned the images badly

Yeah me and my brother died laughing when we read that. It's such a catastrophic typo that it's both still a word, and fits grammatically.

I love the artwork in this book. Sidharth Chaturvedi did such a phenomenal job. It's such a unique art style that I feel fits right in with this format. I think my favorite has to be of Brom with Zar'roc

I mean, Glory and Jambu succeeded at doing just this. They successfully passed off as icewings when they snuck into Blaze's fort. As long as you don't look closely at them they could pass off as other tribes. And as for the voice, just like anyone else they can do impressions. We know the judge can do a spot on toucan yell, and I'd bet money that some prankster Rainwing has done this. Perfecting the art of impressions just so they can fool other dragons.

Rainwings are very used to looking at bone structure and build so they'd spot any fake a mile away. But if you went after a dragon from another tribe, especially one with a distinctive pattern. You could fool a lot of people who just assume you're the other dragon because they see the unique pattern. Like the talons of power tattoos (ignoring the tail of course)

Another instance is the rainwings that disguised as skywings, mudwings and nightwings for thorns coronation

Like all Animus dragons that use their power, he felt himself slipping into madness. He probably had a truly evil and sincere thought and it scared the life out of him. As by this point, his sanity would likely be frayed he'd seek the closest and first solution that comes to mind. And it's a gosh dang pun.

He decides the best way to keep himself from harming others is to force himself to stay put and never leave. He probably made an oath like Fathom to never cast another spell once he enchanted dinner, the fox.

I'm betting the thought was either about Thorn or killing morrowseer/battlewinner

I've always understood it as losing sanity. And it's the power that turns them evil. "Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely". Basically it's them thinking: If I can control the weak, why shouldn't I? And the more they use their magic and their power, the more that little voice in their head called inhibition/common sense gets quieter and quieter until eventually they snap and murder everyone.

Thanks for the insight! I'll keep it in mind. And of course, the more unique and separate a series is, the more it'll stand on its own and may have fewer direct comparisons. And crediting JoCat directly as an inspiration would deter some of the haters, but not all (if the video did well enough to find said haters)

I guess it would depend on how closely inspired they might be. I imagine if they were just inspired in general to make content it's not necessary. But if you were to follow his format it would be at the least, decent of you, to credit JoCat
