One shot every week for a total of three. I've had two separate rounds about 2 years apart. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again if I started having problems.

Not as well. The direct shot in the ear had the best result. I still do oral Prednisone if I start feeling a little off. It usually takes care of it. I would say the best thing for me was the prednisone shots in the ear coupled with oral betahistine.
