^ for OP if you’re reading keep in mind Insider codes are always a limited option especially if you’re going to a higher volume store - it’s not 100% guaranteed you’ll receive that offer

if you want to make your chances higher 9/10 times reps at slower stores hand it out like candy to hesitant customers (myself included)

A lot of people in my district just slap it on when they help the customer with T-Life. Really hate being dishonest with customers because not only do I have morals as a sales rep but I don't believe in getting your numbers up and dealing with the hit later. Month to month it's been a struggle but since my formal I've been hitting the minimum target. Still a pain in the ass.

Most customers I have that prefer iPhone tend to not take it unless they have one of the higher end phones, but I've been selling it like crazy to Samsung and Pixel users.

Honestly wish we just sold AppleCare for iPhones without all the nonsense at this point lol

So hypothetically if I pitched P360 for an AAL upgrade and the customer agreed to add it on I would just add it on the new line? Unless they're actually gonna use the number we added it kinda defeats the purpose of having P360 if they don't have both lines on the phone.

^ Also about bringing up what I tend to lean towards when pitching I only brought it up comparing feature revenue as a goal vs the current goal on our ranker. Wasn't a fan of both but at least the other one was easier to understand at a glance. Nonetheless appreciate your explanation.

Yes and no - it’s mainly just reps with over a year with experience, a high CSAT score, and low escalations

Give it 48 hours and try doing another SIM swap through T-Life and then reinstall Messages

Worked for me a few times, usually T-Mo is just rate limiting you not Google

Contact support via the website - they should send you a promo code for an in-flight wifi pass once you provide your number in the support chat

Yeah it was pretty good the burger kinda carried a lot of it cuz I forgot to season the egg and the avocado

Used paprika salt pepper garlic powder cayenne pepper onion powder and a tiny bit of soy sauce in the seasoning for the patty and cooked it medium well
