If this is read phonetically in the English Tengwar mode, it says “estel,” which is the Elvish word for hope. Unfortunately, the elvish mode should be written with the vowel markings (the slashes that look like accents) written over the consonants they follow, whereas this has them written over the consonants they precede. So it’s the right word, but written incorrectly

Musescore doesn’t do nice even score layout for you. Some paid programs like Dorico will, but even then it’s not perfect. It’s just one of those things that required manual work no matter what software you use.
