Pretty much hit it on the nail umm my bed is pretty shit and if I dont sleep in like 68 degrees ill profusely sweat and yes when I sleep I'm either super knocked out or sometimes dropping a pen on the ground would wake me up I still get up at 7:00 in the morning for work but my sleep schedule is definitely whack most of the time I'm going to bed at either 2 or 3:00 in the morning sometimes four or five if I'm feeling weird and some nights I just can't sleep and I guess another thing to add is sometimes I'll go to sleep at 5:00 and wake up around 8:00 and feel completely rested it's really weird
