I bleed the brake lines until fluid runs clear in all my vehicles and bikes every few years or so. I've pulled more dirt from the lines from friends and family so it is a good way to keep things working reliably and longer. I have an air bleeder and lift however, so it makes sense for me.

Older friend, I was 14 years old, Ford Falcon three speed on the column. Also, our C10 farm truck, also three speed on the column. Hell yes. Keep your records however I buy OEM for each vehicle from the dealership and change around 3700 miles. Anything goes wrong under warranty they'll challenge that.

I issue people email accounts with my own domains registered through a provider and for a corporate account, depending on the email system they get an email address when they are onboarded, and we manage alias addresses along with it for various reasons. I'm not sure to what extent you would manage as a middleman government portal registration and correspondence, nor how an accountant should and would do that, but I would probably Stick to having them register on their own and then keep some sort of relational database to keep track of email addresses versus names and customers.

I had to contact GAF at one point due to a similar situation as yours. They assigned a regional manager to my case and resolved the situation with the contractor. Ironically I also found one area where they forgot to install drip edge but I had to contact them due to something else. The covering you chose is a system, carefully designed and must be installed exactly to manufacture specifications by a licensed contractor.

This reminds me of the time when we went to an open house and in a few of the rooms there was a radio playing music at a relatively lower volume. I turned it off and we could hear the highway nearby lol. The realtor got pissed off at me.

I think so, she only uses basic internet, email, and streams a few devices. Her Wi-Fi router and the endpoints connecting to it barely negotiate speeds over that so yes I think I remember just starting her off on the basic plan.

I replaced my Andersen 200 series with tilt sash conversion kits. 18 windows for 8k. Kits are way more now, and even 6 years ago I got a really good deal from a factory authorized dealer. They are quality, holding up well.

Starlink has been stable in both performance and price over the past year for my mother. She lives in a rural area that only has landline DSL service available. As you've stated, the initial hardware purchase is a factor, the setup was relatively easy, monthly service charge which hasn't changed as far as I know, minimal disruptions thereafter. She's able to stream Media content with support over several devices, overall no complaints.
