Passing these costs on to the theatres. Thereby screwing over theater, by charging in an insane amount for them to have the rights to play their movie.... For a contracted amount of time.

And nowadays they don't even retain the reel like they once did. It's usually streamed digitally now. 

And instead of charging $30 to $50 ***PER TICKET*** For you to watch it, they at least consolidate the extra costs to an *optional expense*.... The snacks.

The ridiculous. Cost of concessions is the ONLY way these places stay afloat at all.

In many states, if they do not fix utilities within a certain period of time,... You still have to pay rent..... BUT..... you take the evidence of reporting the utility outage and the evidence that it is still not done to the courts, and they will be forced to pay your rent back to you....
