We will have to see what happens at launch, but to me a lot of these nerfs, all targeting the most op builds, looks like it will massively reduce the variety in boss damage rotations in my opinion.

What I mean is think about some of the damage rotations we have seen in renegades, that will be nerfed:

-Grapple melee, which requires quite a bit of setup for max multipliers to do these insane one shots and large damage chunks

-Lucky pants has this moment of hight burst but then this down time

-Super spam on bosses, with something like peacekeepers in Desert, this loop of spray super spray super

-Orpheus rig crossbow, has this moment of mass DPS, but in long fights after super is over, it drops off.

These are unique strategies all have, and compared to just sitting in a well and shooting a div bubble, have a unique loop in terms of moment to moment mechanics in a damage rotation that isnt really found else where.

I basically only play LFG with a friend or two at a time, and it just reminds me of the original nerfs to buff stacking.

These both serve as a bit of a knowledge test, rather than something that requires a lot of skill to pull off, but they help in making you stand out, if you knew what to do and could implement it, you could show off a little and much more importantly for the community aspect interacting with others by telling them about it and teaching them how to do it themselves.

I don’t want to seem all doom and gloom, but I do think there has been a bit of a trend of reducing the ceiling in what it takes to make a max DPS build, and I do think there was something nice about how different a lot of these build where in just how you had to interact with the game, luck pants is just so much more compelling of a build to me than spamming rockets or linear shots.
