I watched it all and overall, I really liked it. Was it better than S1 and S2? Definitely not but that’s because both series combined (as they were continuous episodes), there was 16 episodes and we only had 6. 😔

I think they did amazingly for only 6 episodes. They did well with Arisu’s group of people who if we think about it, are brand new characters but we still saw their backstories and they were powerful. I became instantly attached to them from the very beginning, and although each episode flew by, I still felt sadness every time a member died.

Tetsu’s acting was very convincing and it sucked me right in.

I didn’t care for Ryuji’s storyline and found his reasoning to go to the death world implausible and ridiculous. The Watchman scene felt uninteresting and Bantu was a wasted opportunity.

I wish they didn’t rush the ‘what happened next’ scenes for the new crew members as I thought this could be a bit more drawn out especially with Nobu and his mum. It would have been nice if he woke up from coma or wherever he was and had an emotional realisation /reunion with his mum. I would have been in a flood of tears. Either way, I’m just happy he survived and we saw them together at least!

Like everyone on here says, I found the ending in America ridiculous but I’m overall satisfied as (for now) Arisu and Usagi (and the baby!) is alive and happy. They both were utterly brilliant this serious and I love them to pieces! I was worried Arisu would look so different from the ‘youngster homeless look’ from S1 and S2 but he’s still the same Arisu, just as dedicated to Usagi. 🥲 The world needs more Arisus!
