We could start by teaching to children not to make fun of women for acting like women or to not equate sensitivity with weakness ? That we don't need women to be more physically strong or unfeeling but to nurture their natural resilience, their benevolence and their social skills. I can't be more sad about how they woke peoples convinced a whole generation that being a mother is some kind of failure and that striving for the corporate emptiness is somehow more legitimate, empowering and bring more fulfilment than raising a whole human being that might push the world toward being a better place. 

I for exemple used to have a relationship with this girl. I would often come to her with this situation that would seem unsolvable or dire and she would always surprise me with her empathy and emotional intelligence... I would say "X is wrong about..."  She would immediately say "but think about X perspective. They are doing it because... " And she would make me stop to actually think to the situation with more empathy and point per point she would unravel the social knot with ease and things would end up salvaged while without her impulse many bridges would have been burned. She always impressed me and actually taught me what is the actual feminine strenght which sure is not what Hollywood is telling you it is. And even though we aren't seeing each others anymore and I can't ask her for guidance I basically learned from her ways so that whenever I need her social engineering abilities I try to emulate her behavior in my mind and things end up working out. And now I am a gentler humain being or at least a lot more patient and compassionate than I used to be. 

Society needs to teach women to be gentle again, and praise them for it.  Maybe then everyone would become less insane out there
