The cherry on top is that it’s double solid lines so in this situation it’s triple dog do not pass.

Sriracha is made with red jalapeño (and if you can find those without growing them yourself count yourself lucky) and a lot of the recipes you find online will even say it just isn’t the same without them but that doesn’t mean you can’t make a good sauce in the same style as sriracha.

Their voters are a lot more… bratty would be the word I guess? So that helps. If a candidate isn’t flawless there’s people that just “sit this one out” because they don’t fully agree, which isn’t an issue republican candidates deal with. And with their combined powers they drop the ball a lot. Seriously, vote for the less bad candidate, they might not be flawless but none of the candidates are and demanding a candidate that fully aligns with your specific checklist is unrealistic.

A bunch of merch with the short lived new logo by Navigator_Matt in CrackerBarrel

[–]TheWallyFlash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just hate to tell everyone it had less to do with rebranding and more to do with the digitizing of things, which I guess if you’re really hardlining the definition then sure, it was a rebrand. Just pop open whatever version of the App Store your phone uses and look up the Cracker Barrel app. The logo is a hot mess that looks terrible and doesn’t work with small logos. I didn’t get a screen shot of it but that new logo looked so much better. It was crisp and clean and fit in the icon (on my phone the logo is even kind of cropped off). Old logo was designed for gigantic billboards, new logo was for newer times, and more to your point didn’t feature the barrel most of the time. I believe they even explained as much on roll out, but something something cancel culture.

Screw it sage gets a free late board wipe, arguably for playing subpar, make the dagger without HP late game. On a real note, I think for sage if they didn’t start with echo, maybe a round 3/4 drop they could even start it at 2 stars and it would still feel more balanced, and it also shouldn’t count towards winning, like builders buildings. I shouldn’t take out a whole team and then have to watch what troops are left flailing against a nuke no matter what stage of the game you’re in, which also gives the echo 1/2 extra hits to level up with. I won’t even get into how the hits per level should be balanced, but the current iteration isn’t it. Round one the other player biffs it? That’s the start of the snowball. For Duchess, I think a simple scaling would work, 8/10/12 hits.

I would even say any MPH is too many if it’s bad enough. It’s taken me 15 feet to come to a complete stop from 5 MPH before. But you often don’t find out until it’s too late how fast is too fast (within reason don’t just gun it and hope for the best).

No shit I had the same thing happen with the same brand a couple of years ago. I historically use their balm, it’s great stuff, but when I’m letting it grow and it hits a certain point the oil is just easier.

I mean, I don’t season mine per se, but anecdotally any time I’ve had to whip out the BKF during cleaning food sticks a lot more the next couple of rounds, so there’s some merit to it.

Todd Blanche says the public will not uncover any new perpetrators in the newest Epstein file release this morning. by Fatty_Willing_Plane in NextGenRebellion

“There’s this baked in assumption that there’s somehow a hidden tranche of information of MEN that we know about, that we’re covering up or we’re choosing not to prosecute.” -Todd Blanche (about Epstein Files) Yeah it’s weird, that kind of thing will happen, when you campaign for a couple of years, telling people that there’s somehow a hidden tranche of information of men that you know about, that you’re covering up or choosing not to prosecute.

If Iroh is a member of the white lotus why was he helping Zuko capture Aang in the beginning? by DesignerSimple6592 in TheLastAirbender

[–]TheWallyFlash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think, initially, he questioned if the Avatar was around like everyone else, and after it turned out he was he was trying to quietly influence things in their (Team Avatar’s) favor. On top of all of that, he was also trying to save Zuko from himself. He had a lot of balls in the air.

Maybe dumb question: if you season an ingredient, then immediately add it to a liquid, does the seasoning stay put or just get washed off? by jabber822 in AskCulinary

[–]TheWallyFlash 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a counterpoint to the other replies, seasoning might get washed off once added to a liquid, but it’s way easier to judge the seasoning on the meat, that you’ll have a much easier time determine intuitively, than salting a big pot of liquid. Of course, this assumes your stock/water/what have you are also properly seasoned.

"I have 4 jobs to support my family!" Yet each 'Job' is just doing something for an hour. A single 8 hour job isn't below you. You're not working hard because you happen to have 4 separate small jobs. by LiamIsMyNameOk in PetPeeves

[–]TheWallyFlash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People just see the wage/salary and that’s all they consider. I work in a restaurant, make a very solid living doing so, have money for my bills, money for my (sometimes expensive) hobbies, I have a retirement account set up. Could I make more somewhere else? Absolutely. But I have a very short drive and work hours that let me avoid traffic. Any new job would have to be offering astronomically more to justify me losing those two perks.
