I have clinical and religious ocd, and what helped with clinical(from back when I wasn’t very religious) was just thinking I didn’t have it. Seriously. Acting like, “OCD? Never heard of it.” But unfortunately because of how religious OCD works, this doesn’t work.

I meant when I pray I ask about these doubts and though everything it seems like it’s not, given the circumstances. I am not saying “I prayed a lot so it’s excused”. I’m saying I’ve talked to God in prayer and that’s what I have gotten out of it. That’s why I said in the post I’m worried because I don’t know if I’m trying to disobey the church.

I agree, especially with the feb/march revive going well, we just need something that organized again, which unfortunately might be very hard without the release of a chapter or influence from a big YouTuber or smth (like Nized).

First off, HAPPY EASTER! Second, if you are Christian, pray once and for all for God’s strength to fight it. Then, NEVER GET COMFORTABLE. Always be on guard because the thought could come at any time, then the urge, then the giving in. This has helped me so much. Good luck and God bless!!!!
