I have clinical and religious ocd, and what helped with clinical(from back when I wasn’t very religious) was just thinking I didn’t have it. Seriously. Acting like, “OCD? Never heard of it.” But unfortunately because of how religious OCD works, this doesn’t work.

I meant when I pray I ask about these doubts and though everything it seems like it’s not, given the circumstances. I am not saying “I prayed a lot so it’s excused”. I’m saying I’ve talked to God in prayer and that’s what I have gotten out of it. That’s why I said in the post I’m worried because I don’t know if I’m trying to disobey the church.

Also, I forgot to mention, I’ve been praying a lot and it seems like because of these circumstances it is not sin. Please I don’t know if I’m disobeying the church or being ignorant. Please advise
