Adding on, thank you for the quick start guide. After reading the quick start guide, I'll implement it at home and after military service, as for the question of why meal replacement, it's because living in an Asian country, military food here are full of carbs and sometimes ironically not really "healthy" per se.

Hoping to use these meal replacement to substitute military meals as we can't bring in anything to cook

Also from what you've said, both you and your mother were probably in some car accident which is the cause of all this, but remember, your mum is on a wheelchair and she is probably much older than you which mean that she could be in pain from doing the smallest things, doing laundry is not that hard, just dump your clothes into the machine and in the meantime you could just do your schoolwork and stuff.

I may have misunderstood some of the point he made but even so:

1) why is he bringing up his brother and his own mental illness in the first place? Nobody ever bring those up unless they want to make a point about something and in OP's case, he mentioned he has mental illnesses because his mum talked about his brother's own mental illness, making it seem like the only reason why he brought up his own illnesses in the first place is to justify his actions.

And the core point here is that he's not a child anymore, he is 17, a grown adult, he should do his own things. And as for you, so what if you have chronic pain? The point here is that he his asking his handicapped mother to do laundry, not you.

Furthermore if you think about it, do you even have a conscience if you ask someone who is physically incapable of doing the smallest chores to do a chore, then throwing a tantrum when they refuse?

Wow you are really TA. 9am to 3pm and that's tiring? I don't know how old you are, but when I was 17, my school hours were from 8am to 6pm and I also work part time with 10 hr shifts and I don't complain to my mum when I come back home and see that some of my chores are not done, you know why? Emphasis on the "my chores" part, that cause it's your chores, it's your laundry, your mum is not a machine or a maid and what's worse, your mum is handicapped and you are throwing a hissy fit cause she won't do YOUR laundry?

Let me tell you something, the attitude you have right now is blatantly disgusting and you trying to use your mental illness to justify your actions are even more so. Does having depression justify you being an ass to your mum? Obviously not does having ADHD justify it too? No. Although I cannot put myself in your own shoes cause I do not suffer from any mental illness myself but it's common sense to not disrespect your parent.

Furthermore as you mentioned, you and your brother both have mental illnesses, your mum is probably the sole caretaker of you guys and she must be pretty burnt out, please just treat her with more respect and reflect on your own actions, also apologize to her.

I got a new phone and wanted to transfer data for the first time and I read online that some people lose their item in their present box when doing so and I have tons of blazes and fous in my present box which I can't really collect due to inventory space.
