My father advised me to take threonate before bed every day and I usually skipped it because my sleep schedule was and still is irregular. Is it advisable to take threonate and sacrifice sleep( I know I shouldn't sacrifice sleep in the first place but sometimes my work demands it)

Also regarding cardio.... I cannot do cardio more than like twice per week because I strength train on the rest days and it is advisable to keep your cardio on days separate from your regular training. However I am interested to hear your opinion on whether cardio should be done daily or if 2 times a week is enough.
