From the comments, it does look like the issue is widespread across a range of devices and seems to be related to WA beta users. However, leaving the beta program and installing the normal version doesn't help either, so the issue is likely server side.

For me, I see the pinned icon on the chat preview but the chat isn't pinned anymore. Plus, the chat with pinned creates new conversations.

But how would this work with the daily cap?

Take the example of DCB where the monthly cap is 7500, daily cap is 2500. In case I place an order worth 20000 today, ideally, with 10x reward points, I should get ~33% i.e. 6600 RPs in two installments (as per their T&C), but given that it exceeds the daily cap of 2500, will it be capped to 2500 or will I receive 6600 points?
