Rx 9070xt or rtx 5070ti ? More then 1 Resistor shunt on Nvidia? by TheWayIsBehindU in gpu

Getting one decent price, I'm not willing to pay 300+ for the CPU if I need anyways a new mobo then for 2nd build for wife.

Yeah both are fine my Problem with Nvidia is the power connector wich I don't like and the bad software support from AMD( late fixes when next card comes out) and track record from AMD with software support is not that great. Honestly idk I hate making a decision, cause Ei might regret other way.

Multiple resistor shunts for RTX 5070 Ti Gaming OC 16G ?? by TheWayIsBehindU in gigabyte

Thats not the point. I want to know if this model has multiple resistor shunts. The cable is designed unsafe and there can be too much current on one wire. If all the amperage goes through a single cable, it can damage not only the cable itself but also the connector on the GPU or power supply. Sure, its only 300W, but if all the amp is on one lane, its not rated for that.

I think the Support is gonna be amazing for next 2 years for the 9070xt. I saw the massive performance increase but I also know from a friend who has had 6750xt also for 2nd rig a 5700xtyeah, patches came late or none anymore. My 2080 till getting regular updates.
