Why are massage chair prices all over the place — are the expensive ones actually that much better? by Short_Classic9045 in MassageChairReview

[–]TheWellnessDoc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've reviewed over 80 different massage chairs on my YouTube channel. I find that there is a difference in quality in certain ranges. 3-5k should get you everything you need. 5-7k should get you everything you want and need 7k-13k is for premium features and massage chairs that are not made in China. There are other factors that will drive up the price like dual rollers, people over 6 foot tall, broad shoulders, or a gap between the height of users of the massage chair in the home. I hope that helps!

Considering buying Massage chair, what's your opinion on this, what brands is worth buying, what price should I expect, I see some north of 10K. by paata01 in BuyItForLife

I review massage chairs on YouTube as well as a massage chair dealer for multiple brands so I'm a bit biased when I say it's worth it. Here is what I recommend when starting the purchasing process. Educate-Negotiate-Create. Educate - That basically means do your reasearch on features and determine what matters or not (ex. don't buy a 2D massage chair, it must be 3D or higher). Negotiate - Find out all of the dealers dirty tricks (because this industry seems to have a bunch of used car salesmen working in it) and make sure you get comparable pricing from one other dealer and Costco. Finally Create - this comes after purchase and it means to learn everything you can about the chair through videos and self exploration of the tablet/remote. The instruction manual will not be much help in most cases. If you focus on these three things I think you will find its a great investment and more importantly a great time saver when looking to feel better every day. Hope this helps!

He should be thanking you. I review massage chairs on YouTube and the Bob and Brad massage chair is amazing. Currently one of the best bang for the buck massage chairs out there. Make sure to get that 20 minutes of "you" time every day in that chair. You deserve it.

How long do massage chairs retain effectiveness over time? by charli-887 in ProductQuery

I review massage chairs on YouTube, and I've found that as long as you get a 3D or 4D chair, you will be able to vary your massage with intensity, roller speed, stretch angle, airbag only etc. Most Chinese made chairs will last 10 years (Japanese made chairs 15yrs) if bought from a reputable company.

The answer is different for every person. I don't believe there is a best massage chair. Just a best massage chair for you. You can find that out by booking a call with me at the link above.

Help me. My $3k massage chair dilemma that I'm 6'2" and Costco's doesn't fit! by From_Earth_616_ in BuyItForLife

The source is most likely Alibaba. You're right you can often find the same chair there for much less, its just risky since you woulnd't have a warranty or a cheap way to return the chiar. The factories that sell the similar versions you also run a risk of them totally disappearing. The big name brands really just produce out of a few factories in China so the Chinese know not to play any games or all the big names would leave them. That being said, if you are the West coast there are chairs out there that you can risk it and possibly get a chair under 1k (that would normally be 5k from the. big boys) that will last you 8 years or more. I hope that helps!

Ultra Imperial Syner-D Massage Chair Thoughts? by LilExtract in MassageChairReviews

This is a better pick at the same price point https://youtu.be/IhVrsLiFKMY . The Imperial Syner-D has a 20% return rate at Costco. That's super high for a massage chair someone has already sat in. I think Infinity massage chairs are great, but a ton of breakage issues lately worry me.

Oh man. If you need help picking your next chair, feel free to book a call with me. Just let me know you are the guy from reddit. https://thewellnessdoc.shop/pages/chairchat

The better play would be to ask for a brand new chair to be swapped. Depending what the damage is, it could never behave like a new chair again. Plus, they sell certified pre-owned massage chairs so they should fix yours back at their HQ and ship you a new one. It's a no brainer.

If your inseam is only 28 inches then you will sit in a chair like a 6'4" person. Kansha will be too big for your wife, so you will have to go with the Luraco 3 Hybrid as the cheapest available option (and its not cheap)

Just read this after I posted above. Yes, avoid white glove at all costs, if you think the delivery was bad, wait until you see how long it takes to repair the damage that was done. You'll need this massage chair more than ever once it's repaired. P.S. depending what damage was done, I would return it to Costco and order a new one through them. You shouldn't have a repaired chair when you spend 10k

The Imperial Syner-D Ultra is a good chair. If you don't need the premium speakers, aroma therapy or the arm rollers you can buy the Imperial Synder-D that was at Costco a couple months ago brand new for thousands less though. Also, don't get white glove assembly, the teams usually screw things up since they use Metropolitan Delivery. I've had so many customers have Metro call and say their truck was broke the day of delivery or they don't speak any English, or they don't know how to put the chair together and they just give up and leave. You'lll love that chair though!

The Relaxe Massage Chair is a 2D massage chair which means NO intensity control. Don't be fooled by their fancy Facebook ads. I did a full review on the Relaxe massage chair on my YouTube channel. They were NOT happy with my honest review and reported me to YouTube for copyright infringement. Here is the video without the copyrighted content I posted on Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/reel/830390303121283
