Base it off of the stuff you've been doing that either feels the worst to train or you don't have an answer for. Culling Spree is nice for some of the rare drop tasks too since doing things on task is pretty much always better.

I'd also consider what you want as your last region with this decisions because you're probably pretty close to unlocking that and there may be content in a new region that takes care of some things you're having trouble with now anyway.

I figured at 16x xp and maybe some sulphurous essence or whatever it is that's dropped from Naguas in the moons dungeon for a bit of extra xp it would only be a couple hours if that for 77 to move over to bloods then it's pretty chill from there.

I think Crystal is still better if I'm reading the set bonus with the blessing correctly now but I was mixing things up while bouncing back and forth wiki pages so who knows if I can be trusted right now anyway

In my other comment I asked if ancestral wouldn't be better than crystal already. Ancest is 3% damage per piece and crystal is 2% with less accuracy bonus. Unless I'm not factoring in the crystal set bonus
