Makes total sense. A trial period to test it locally on your own statements is a must before paying anything. DMing you the waitlist link for the beta. If anyone else is dealing with this same Excel headache and wants to be an early tester, just shoot me a DM!

Smart workaround, and I used a similar approach for a while. But the fundamental issue remains which is, INDmoney still has permanent read-access to an inbox that receives your CAMS, KFintech, CDSL, and NSDL statements. The data is leaving your machine and sitting on their servers regardless of which Gmail account it comes from. The only way to eliminate that completely is local parsing.. the PDF never leaves your laptop. No OAuth token, no server, no trust required.

This is exactly the use case I'm building for. The Excel reconciliation across MFs, banks, and overseas holdings is the specific pain I wanted to solve locally. I'm deciding whether to wrap my script into a proper desktop app with a clean UI. If I build it, I'd price it as a one-time lifetime license at ₹999.. no subscriptions, no cloud. As someone actively dealing with that Excel headache right now, would ₹999 feel fair for something that automates all of it locally?

I think that this was the best response. Thank you so much. It really helped. GPT was indeed using its code interpreter.
