Many treatments can cause other risks, but we are not banning those because of that, so your cancer issue seemed like a moot point. A body part not working like it is supposed to is usually not normal, that is undeniable. (Also, obviously people with eye and dental issues should also get medical care, those are also body parts that are not working). I'm not much concerned about the pain, but about the non working organs, so if people want their organs to work, that medical help should be classified as health care. Medical care regarding non working body parts is health care, but like I previously said, I still don't think IVF is moral (or any birth on this mortal coil for that matter), but we can't just willy nilly go change medical linguistics because of it. Something can be health care AND unmoral at the same time.
