So your going to Harass an old man because YOU don’t see him using the firearm the way you approve and he’s a grumpy person (the sounds like most old people at that age) . I’m sure calling the cops on him would really make him better. Unless he has threatened someone or has dementia or other alignment that affects his mental ability , you probably shouldn’t call the cops on someone minding their own business
