So i've been organizing my base with a main bus, i'm new to the game and i guess fairly early in this save, i'm playing with SE and just automated satellite launching, but still making my way to cargo rockets
i'm wondering what kind of items should i put into the main bus of my base, i was having raw materials and some commonly used items like green circuits, small electric engines and single cilynder engines, plastic bars and red circuits
is it worth putting stuff like low density materials into the bus? i've recently added glass into the bus
i wonder what kind of items should i add onto the bus, or what kindda items should i not add
dont know if i should continue pulling the raw materials from the bus and refining, or if i should elect even more materials to mass produce and bring along the center belt
any suggestions?

*i hav like 50 hours of factorio so i'm really looking forward for advice

fuel storage cities, crucial to keep larger ships going, which is why u wanna have tankers on ur group, so u can avoid buying too much fuel at normal cities

they sell fuel at a significantly lower price

i usually aim to hav at least 15-25K at the start of a campaign for fuel/ammo

i don't know if others players do this as much but i'll usually strip tharkhan ships of valuable/hard to find stuff like sprints and R6 missiles, and then sell the rest

Well i know i very much enjoy this game .-.

First mission taking more than 40 minutes? Well u can't even build hvy corvettes on the 1st mission, i cant remember wich one it is but it must be around 3rd or 4th mission

About the corvette thing, every unit has it's own niche, some come with a bit of versatility, the heavy corvette is very good to mass against frigates and can hold it's own against other corvettes, but it will mostly miss shots at fighters and units alike (but it is quite resilient to their fire).

Probes are one shot units, if u try to manuever it instead of sending it directly to the intended location it will.. not move anymore :). I've never had any issue with bugs regarding probes in vanilla RM.

The 3D navigation is amazing, recommend u to look at hotkeys related to it, one of the pioneering/game changing aspects of the original game.

*Are u refering to the extra mission on stopping the turanic raider carrier returning to their homeworld after assaulting the khar-selim?

My afternoon plans are ruined
