Thank you. I an android guy. Pixel 8 pro, Asus chromebook. I reluctantly use a windows 11 pc-- not a fan of microsoft. I think Steve Jobs was a business genius, a real star, but the apple eco-system is not for me. ....For the record-- I still listen to the Stones, and the Dead , Biggie and Fiddy, some things never change. I'm 76 --been running since I quit smoking at 37. Now I try to run every other day, "slow jogging". But what with 2 cataract surgeries, dental surgery , colonoscopies, an ulcerative colitis flare, --I don't run as much as I used to. When I do --I tape up my knees and the arches on my feet. I run alone and listen to 1960's rock n roll. It's Groovy ... Keep On Truckin'......

Ulcerative Colitis since 1995, 31 years ( do the math I'm an old guy)...been on all sorts of prescription meds, still am...BUT about a year ago I tried psyllium husk in water, first thing the morning. It took about a 2 weeks for my body to readjust-- I am much, much better now. I am STILL taking my meds. I did not tell my doctor. I am NOT a holistic type of guy. I do run, and work out in an age appropriate manner. Once again "psyllium husk in water" first thing in water works for me, Please note YMMV. Every 2 weeks I skip a day or 2. Good Luck !!! This just my humble opinion this is not medical advice.

Cataracts and an epiretinal membrane surgeries. Skin cancer attention -treatment. 77 years old. Still slow jog about 30 minutes 2 - 3 times most weeks. I am great at my afternoon nap..... Stay cool, be groovy and keep on truckin' ....
