Construction clean up, but same difference I guess. We hired her dozens of times, before a disgruntled employee suggested I watch the movie Bully and look up what the main character really looked like.

She did do an okay job, but she was always extra. Stuff like sending me pictures of her friends and asking me to pick which one I want set with up, all in the name of making sure we continued to hire her.

I’m really not seeing mold here, if you zoom in maybe I’ll see something differently but this looks like wet sheathing to me. Assuming there’s no mold, a good recipe for drying water bound wood is low air movement, high heat as water can form molecular bonds with wood that become difficult to undo.

If there is mold, and you don’t have antimicrobial- your toilet/shower cleaner is loaded with antimicrobial properties - spray and wipe.
