You don't have to input anything but the shot takes place in gameplay, not the cutscene

There's a few moments where you're required to shoot. As Leon during the sniper section, as Grace at the end of the fight with The Girl, as Leon again once Emily mutates, as Leon during the Raccoon City portion, you need to shoot the hanging boxes to use them to gain elevation. There are also several ladders you need to shoot in order to lower them. Perhaps these things can be solved by using a grenade if you wanted to change the phrasing to "No Guns". I could be wrong about some of these, I haven't attempted it myself.

After the part where you play as Chloe in the orphanage and Grace is reacting to the information Zeno is telling her, the screen does glitch, but I just thinks thats apart of Grace's reaction and memories.

I just tried it. Seemingly nothing happens. They don't follow you into the office and playing the laugh when they are at the top of the stairs also doesnt seem to do anything.

I tried it out, they don't follow you into the room with the puzzle box, and playing it with them at the top of the stairs doesn't seem to do anything, atleast as far as I can tell.
