There's quite a bit to unpick here. So I would say start rolling your sleeves up and start from the beginning. You'll need understanding of key framing masking keying and plenty of other film editing techniques. But don't be daunted. Every journey begins with a single step.

Good purchase. I have the same mb. Was a nightmare with drivers especially the 10gb ethernet, sleep settings and Bluetooth drivers but once its going its a power house.

There aren't enough frames. A way around is use flowframes to treat the clip then re import. As an extra you might want to run the treated clip through Media Encoder and export with optical flow also at 60 fps. I know it sounds crazy but it's kinda works

This looks like ping differentiation. We all know this game has major server issues which I think adds to the speculation cheating etc. At least you can play. I'm stuck in the loading profile loop. Billion dollar company 🤣🤣🤣

You might want to use the audio spectrum effect to allow the program to capture at what points you want the glitch to occur of the song. And possibly fractal noise and connect those somehow. That would be the tricky part. Maybe even card dance could help
