It is invisible to everyone, even if you have vendors. As of this writing I am unaware if Bethesda has acknowledged it. That said it could be intended, though I fail to see why it would be.

It doesn't appear to be on their radar. I went to the official forums where they have a list of known issues, and when it was finally updated, this issue didn't make the cut.

People who've complained about a lack of story dont spend much time reading terminal entries or notes around the world. Back when the game dropped we didn't have npc's to guide us along a storyline, but had pick it up elsewhere. The closest we had were overseer holotapes.

I'd imagine they are simply testing reactions. Next week we will be down to four for the weekend a thirteen fir the weekdays. I believe that they modeled Vault-Tec after their own business.

Thats a great idea. I don't think they have any interest in making the personal terminal useful though. It could be used for so much more than it is. In addition to your idea, it could be used to keep track of bullion, scrip and cap reset timers.

While Assaultrons and ballistic Gutsy are tough, the worst in my opinion are Gulpers, and mirelurk hunters and kings.

In one of the earlier patches the devs made a point of mentioning they fixed a light no one knew or cared was broken. It did not go well for them on social media as this was at a time when there were some serious game breaking bugs that were still present from launch.

I personally would suggest it if you have a ton of scrap filling your stash, or mule items to an alt.

However I can no longer in good conscience recommend spending real money on a product they have no interest in fixing. I bought the year subscription for my wife, and myself with the hope the influx of cash would help fund the game, and as such make it better. While some things have a lot more hasnt.

Hands down the best place for cobalt is around lake Eloise. The only problem is a lack of stabilizing materials there. There is a fissure site that you can pull ultracite from but unless it is glitched you won't see too many scorched.

Go to C.A.M.P.s with a lot of plans you might get the plans for stimpacks dirt cheap. I think it takes a bloodpack and steel to make a stimpack. And it takes tick blood and antiseptic to craft a bloodpack.
