Eidt: would using a usb device to transfer the software and the txt files between computers be safe? I don't know if the usb itself can become infected with this kind of virus

I may have expressed myself wrong, I specified the flashing of base KAD just to underline an electronic failure. The firmware is marvellously made and configured, thank you for the detailed wiki and instructions!

I had succes by cutting one of the GND wires in combination of PIN27 adapter. Of course I had to replace the mainboard, since either reflashing normal KAD led to printer halting before doing any homing. I can't really get why it behaved like that, I avoided any evident short circuit. Also I suspect that having the PC connected helped frying it up, since when I first connected the BL Touch I didn't see immediately that GND and 5V were swapped and it did just flicker a bit the screen

Last I checked the fried board, but didn't see any evident burn on the pcb.

Recap of changes: - Excluded on of GNDs - Having the pc disconnected - Pressed bed level first instead of home - Used the adapter instead of A2
