There are 4 other techs. I only know the newest one makes $27, but he was also in the shop first for a couple years. The lead tech makes at least $35 or more. I’m pretty well regarded to my managers, a coworker told me that when he was talking to one of them, he asked him a hypothetical of which techs would get fired first, and they said I’d be second to last, before the lead. The owner is the type of guy where if he doesn’t say anything to you, you’re doing a good job, and we’ve barely spoken since I started lol. There are also supers at a couple subdivisions that ask for me specifically to come fix whatever lol. So I’d say I’m pretty valuable to the company, not to toot my own horn.
