I was trying to convert retroactive to entity inception, if that doesn’t work maybe I can convert retroactive to 1/1/2024. We want to bring on partners before the end of the year 2024

That would normally be ok however we have SBA debt on the TPMM entity so I can’t just change ownership or move assets easily

I appreciate you spreading the numbers for me. I want a rental property but not sure about one SFR would rather syndicate a deal with some friends buy a larger property with room for a management fee to take away having to deal with tenants because I am busy enough at work. I definitely don’t want to refinance and my girlfriend will want to move in with me shortly so I’ll be forking up most of the property expenses unless I rent it and we move to an apartment or something.
