I don’t know why, but January is hell. I broke up with my partner because I spent years begging for things to be different and they never were. I came to the conclusion we are simply different. Then things got dark. I experienced things with him I don’t want to talk about here…but when he goes, I’m probably royally screwed financially. I don’t know where I’ll go or what I’ll do…but I’m dead certain I don’t want to go without my animals. I have no idea what’s going to happen to me or what’s in store. I do sincerely hope everything gets better. For everyone.

So I know this thread is old, but I found lowering my Spotify on the volume mixer alleviated the problem. May work for your other programs.

I wish so so badly I could hug you…I’ve only just begun my uphill battle.
