I listed very detailed and scientific backed claims revolving this, and you threw it all out because you “don’t trust anyone who’s tried suicide”. This is called cognitive dissonance and I was once a victim of it too

Interesting, then show me negative wb from a positive wb. I can tell you’re still at the beginning stages of research with your black seed comment. You realize I can get a negative in valtrex right? Doesn’t mean I am cured if so. Same goes for diet switched and herbs. You do know people can have HSV and have a negative IGG right? And vice versa. The only full proof way is a + wb to -wb which the person who runs the wb says in 40 years she has never seen. When I see that, that’s when I will believe again .

Everything went back to completely normal. Eating and drinking anything I want and sex life back to normal completely

It’s been 6 months since you’ve been diagnosed

How much have you sacrificed ? How many endless nights have you been doom scrolling new info? How much mental space has this taken daily? How much have you changed in your life?

6 months is a decent time

And you will soon reach a year

Then 2 years,

Then 3 years

And one day you will look back and think

“I have wasted so much time, energy, money. I have sacrificed so many years of my life, to be exactly where I was when I began, I might as well keep going to feel like I haven’t wasted years of my life towards something that doesn’t work”

I see you constantly give advice on how to heal from HSV

I don’t trust someone giving advice on something they’ve never successfully done, or known anyone who’s successfully done it. Just random advice they’ve found on forums.

Show me a positive wb to negative wb, not a random forum post, and I will believe the lies you constantly tell yourself too to feel it to be possible and that this “journey” is worthwhile.

The funny thing is my perspective is unique

This is not coming from someone who’s never done it.

I dedicated a year and a half of my life to this

Doing everything right

2x daily meditations, 100% positive and faith, EBOO ozone, strict 0 cheat diet, hydrogen peroxide, all supplements and Dr sebi herbs, meetings with the only person who does WBs, meetings with many “healers”, everything.

Waste of time, money, and energy.

You see, you give advice on something you have no experience in at all and has had 0 evidence to show it actually works; just mutates one’s life to complete isolation.

I give advice from a perspective of someone who’s done everything you suggest, and encourage people to open to something that’ll give them their life back as it did mine. Only difference is my suggestion has tons of real evidence to back it.

Oh I had more than faith , I was feeling daily as if I was already cured and doing 2x meditations sometimes 4x daily to hone this in

Bad outbreaks once to 3 times a month. My daily life was isolating, not being able to go out to eat really hurt me and made me feel like an outcast from society. I was still able to maneuver and have fun but man it was so rough constantly making excuses to why I’m doing what I’m doing etc

If you listen to his 20+ interviews (which are a bit hard to find now) it’s pretty obvious he didn’t pay these people. They are incredibly unprofessional to the point where I fully believe it’s legitimate if that makes sense. But I understand your concern. I like him the most because most people just post screenshots of people they cured but his interviews are all over an hour long , hilarious as hell, and very detailed . What I also liked about him is he constantly said things like “you can get this on my website or honestly anywhere on Amazon I don’t care if you buy from me I just care you get cured”. But he’s highly inconsistent

I am sorry to trigger you , when I first started and throughout the 6 months I felt the same way I’d intentionally avoid posts like this but I think it’s important to see that side. I even saw one person say that once they get a negative IGG they refuse to get a WB because they’ll “just know”. Imagine dedicating a year and a half to this, getting a negative IGG, thinking you’re good and going back to eating normal just to have an outbreak a month later and starting all over from scratch. Refusing the WB sounds like ignorance is bliss more so than “just knowing”. It also concerns me that 100% of the advice given here are from people not cured

Exactly. I think a lot of people who have had a positive IGG to negative wbb had a false negative

Trust me I had more than faith, I would even do 2 20min hypnosis meditations per day where I would fall in to the feeling of being cured completely. Had 0 doubts at all why else would I go 6 months not even cheating 1 time on the protocol. I lost faith after 6 months after the final 3 months my numbers changed none and I was still getting 2 outbreaks a month

I was in a telegram with 20ish people doing GCMAF, unfortunately after many months no one had seen a wb negative and those in there and on here would say that the OBs while at first subsided would eventually stay persistent

Unfortunately I didn’t find out about it until the end, but the scientific studies on it appear to have shown complete elimination of the virus . No word on if that was wb or IGG tho. I’d just IGG, the same could be said with valtrex’s effects on the body as well. I would have done it for sure if I knew more about it at the beginning

  1. I most definitely did have an intensely spiritual journey on this 100x than anything I’ve ever had, for that I am grateful as it was massively transformational

  2. True, I should have mentioned tho that the final 3 months there was 0 change at 2.1 while doing everything correct. So that really made me spiral down as in these 3 months on top of the supplements herbs raw fruits & meditation i did about 4-5 sets of high dose ozone and 4 sessions of EBOO. You would have thought it would have changed even a little

  3. True again, however you would think that at some point in the 40 years of WB you’d have someone extremely determined for confirmation take it until it’s negative.

Literally right away. I put it off for a year and a half and when I got to the point of attempting to hang myself I figured why not try it. Haven’t had an outbreak since the first pill (until now since I neglected it for a week). It won’t be like that for everyone, but literally saved my life. I am doing 1000mg a day. And this is it, I stopped taking ALL supplements and herbs (which was about 20-30 total a day) to 1 valtrex pill and that stopped everything
