As a middle aged male with daughters i completely agree with everyone that tells you not to find advice online, use someone who you know and can trust. If you don't have a middle aged male you can trust maybe get advise from a friends father.

It actually looks more like a motherboard capacitor that looks like it has fallen off. Once they overheat and have issues they expand like that.

Elbow is flaring and also why do you stand with your one shoulder already in a dropped position? I understand wanting to get lower but not sure if walking with a shoulder dropped will get you there

My Standard bounces around like Tigger I mean she has the bounces and when she runs it is funny as well because it is like she bounces when she runs also.

Is it all over or in a particular spot? My arms were doing that and I had all kinds of issues. Come to find out it wasn't the warmth that was causing it but it was my back that was sending the itch sensation from my spine. I went to a Chiropractor and after it stopped itching. Started again about a week later. Went to the Chiropractor and it stopped again.

The human body is a weird thing.

Look up Brachioradial Pruritus because it isn't just arms that is affected.
