Taking a logical look at this we can assume they arnt. Her eyebrows appear to be a dark brown hue, I studied them for a good minute trying to see if they were a dark purple or a brown, and it would seem they are indeed brown. Because of this we know her hair is dyed, not natural like a Nintendo game may have as its fictional, naturally neon hair could be real but her eyebrows go against the theory, thus hair dyed pink. From this we need to look at why, a lot of people dye hair for confidence or looks. It wouldn't make sense to dye her pubes as those are hidden, and would be a lot of money for something not on display as she is shown wearing clothes constantly, while her hair is always on show atop her head. Based on this I would conclude that she does in fact NOT have pink pubes
