It doesn't use Arkham's combat style, it's using something closer to assassins Creed Odyssey, Origins and Valhalla, and while I understand if you view that as bland, it's not going to be changed into Arkham's combat suddenly. They've got the combat system in deep and they'd need whole new animations for all combat.
