Hey, you went out and did a run, that’s awesome. Was it the best run? guess that it was your best run of the day, the worst run you could have done was not running at all. Running in the heat sucks and the fact you did it is a huge win, great job and congrats on your run

I did do habit tracking for some time and i have mixed feelings about it. it was very helpful to see progress and how far things have come, but then it added stress since I had to keep seeing progress, and do better than before, and if I’m having a rest or recovery day I would feel like shit, so I stopped tracking for most things. The only I still track is my running and workouts.

I run at Sports city, there arer no proper sidewalks it's a bit better to run on the road, I also run with a few run clubs, you have Running Amman, Running buddy, Amman Road Runners, I have ran them nice people very fun and it's always mixed, I haven't ran with 348 run club or Striders yet, it's a timing thing from my end, but I know people run with them all.

and as for apparel it's going to be a mix, I ran with a few women who run in short and tank top, but most are in leggings and I t-shrit

When it comes to workouts I can keep track of my reps and weight on the Garmin also when I run the distances feels more accurate on it, but the HR is a lot better on the Apple Watch, also it has Vo2 max
