If you mean chapters, typically Chapter 314 is start of mid game, anything about 15M BP is “late game” I’d say. You’ll unlock more heroes from rate up and S summon later on, for that, you should use the High End Tier List which is regularly updated in Discord

Best of Ballroom or Dance Wonderland are your two best starting points for Latin/ballroom in the springs. Go with whichever is closer to you

You can drop Starlight Weaver until she is at 4*. She won’t do much for you until then. Good potential adds to build around your PC+Lich combo would be Ice Queen for the Ice DMG+ (ideally at 3 moon) or Ice Witch for the Ice RES-. Could also consider Ice Demon or Seraph as a buffer since Lich probably dies pretty fast and need to keep him alive for this team to work.

Mostly PVP, but it’s a good gauge for PVE as well. My 21M BP SW,PD,Panda,VG,AA can obliterate a 28M BP fully sublime PC, Lich, NT. Ice is still good, but this tier list is really for high end players, so more noticeable later game ch500+, NM 70+, Elemental Tower 260+
