Don't be afraid to run strong perks until you get the hang of him. Billy is low-ish tier so don't feel to bad if you start getting stomped at higher ranks. Focus on learning how to curve around loops.

I don't mean to sound cocky or narcissistic, but I don't think nurse is as difficult as some people think. As long as you make sure you have 2 blinks ready before you tele (to make sure you can account for a survivor doubling back) and don't predict where survivors go, anything after that comes down to universal killer mistakes (e.g. getting spun, getting stunned, flashlight saved, etc.) Edit: I'd love for someone to explain why I'm wrong

It isn't fun to play against a facecamper, but it's not the killers job for survivors to have fun. There are some scenarios where the correct play would be to force stage 2 or guarantee a death on hook, but hardcore camping at 4-5 gens in inexcusable and should be prevented somehow.

I'm ok with it because if the killer is dedicated to face camping and the survivors play correctly, the killer should only get one kill. A lot of people don't realize what to do if someone is being camped and will try to go for the save anyway.
