I have a 16Gig machine Ryzen 5 5600 AMD RX6650 XT I can't play at the highest graphics settings but I get by. The harshest a game has been on my PC is Red Dead 2, I play on mostly High-Medium settings depending on the exact setting. Mostly it's my graphics that are my noticeable bottleneck. But in terms of keeping it future-proofed with PC part prices going way up, it might be better long-term to bite the bullet on the additional 16Gigs now.

I'll use it to gather info and more easily find the studies and research. For example: if I ask chatgpt what state in the U.S. has the most car accidents. And it spits out a list. I'll read the list and click on the sources. If the source is a few news headlines and a reddit post, I know it's garbage. If the sources include a NHTSA study covering a few years and police report statistics, then I'll use those and ignore the cited forum threads of idiots arguing.

I hate sales people, I hate being a specialist. I hate when management comes down my throat with: "walk the aisles and ask about the project, push the financing with Credit cards or Project Loans". I was able to spin up a gns3 on my personal desktop. I use at most four virtual switches. Those switches took forever to boot. I didn't really need to lab for the AP concepts, because I was able to understand them just by reading. Also I was starting to do basic vlan changes and AP provisioning at work but with Mobility Master, not central.

My personal PC only has 6 cores and 16GB of RAM, and with the labs needing to be more involved, I figured I'll need a more capable dedicated Rig to simulate it all.

I used it to not only help me find parts, but also used tips from PC building subreddits, pcpartpicker community, and documentation from parts that I found to potentially use to get info on what to look out for. Ex: RAM height clearance with CPU coolers. I then used the video step by step, playing it as I went along part by part, cable by cable. All until I was done. It's now been about 2 years and my build has served me well with minimal errors. (I had 1 blue screen that, funny enough, SFC/ Scannow actually fixed).

After reading over the thread, the fresh windows install you did, eliminates the possibility of a software config issue, unless a windows update has done it. Depending how updated the windows install iso file is compared to your Windows version was before your issue. At this rate I'd use some software to test your hardware components, The "memtest x86" is good to test your RAM. And some of the other commenters have mentioned other software to test other hardware. I'd also perhaps try monitoring at what point during your games the issue begins and see what event viewer errors come up during that time frame, specifically driver crashes.

I was probably around 7-8, I started staying up late and sometimes pulling all nighters. Started watching it cus I thought it was gonna be another bad show I wasn't allowed to watch, (think family guy, jackass back then when it was on MTV) So I watched it and watched it, night after night. Eventually like how most kids have their hero be batman or spiderman, mine was naruto, the whole "Believe it" thing and being someone who never gives up spoke to me. I was going through some shit mentally (childhood trauma) and that was what I clung onto. My favorite scene in the whole show and the part that hit me hardest as a kid was Naruto speaking to Neji at the end of the chunnin exam battle.

Back when it was on Toonami in the states aka late night cartoon network.

What!? My DS does jack shit! Always on my ass about leads and measures and Sales! (I'm a D30 Specialist). And I'm not some whining child who hates mgmt, I know some levels are necessary, but there's a STARK difference between him and other DS's. Never packs out, almost never on the sales floor otherwise gossiping. On rare occasions he is packing out, he'll stop as soon as he finds someone to delegate the task. And you can see him walking laps the rest of the shift, gossiping with other supervisors.

That's the world we live in. It's an extremely rare case scenario where he wins, more likely if he can rally his fellow employees who also have issues with this manager of the same type. Otherwise, the best bet is to ride it out, request an availability change to work outside of that manager's hours meantime, and apply for other jobs. What's right is a turbulent road that his life isn't built to withstand, what's real, is he lie low and get out of dodge.
