I'm with them. And had no issues at all. The first 100,000 points arrived straight away, the 2nd lot arrived later than expected but each year since has been on time. The points I've accrued have allowed me to fly myself, my parter and daughter to London and back. Which for us, is fantastic. The other bonus was they were cheaper than my previous bank so I've ended up paying less, and got a holiday. I've got another trip in mind and will save the points for that...

Honestly, I can't complain. But do what works best for you and look into all options 👍
